Must be a typo you say? How can dessert be good for your skin you say?
No I am not trying to label an all green smoothie as dessert
this is the real deal but on a healthy scale
this receipt is so easy anyone and I do mean anyone can make it
Line a small bowl with fresh Raspberries (full of vitamin C)
Fill the bowl with Coconut Milk (rich in fibre)
Sprinkle a tablespoon of Chia seeds ideally (high in omega-3 fats)
ok I cheated I used Flax seeds, try to find Chia seeds as they will turn the milk into jelly
Chill in the fridge for 30mins and voila!
A perfect light pudding for summer that is also a treat for your skin
