looking for vintage bargains? then the Absolute Vintage shop in London is a must-stop for you! with more than 1,000 pairs (that's right, 1,000!) of shoes and boots to choose from, plus vintage clothing and accessories, it can easily turn into a day trip! The best part? all the shoes range from £15 to £65. Whenever the style and shade you're after, if you can't find it here then it probably doesn't exist anymore! I'm putting down "a trip to Absolute Vintage" on my must do list for 2009!
A vintage Dior and Gucci? Am I pushing my luck in wishing they'll have a vintage Chanel 2.55 hidden somewhere in the corners? ;)
loving the sofas too, if they serve food and coffee I'd never leave this place!

it's at 15 Hanbury St, E1 6QR, the closest tube station is either liverpool street or aldgate east, i'm planning on a trip there as a "mini holiday" ;)

Oh my gosh, I can barely stand it! I love love love vintage shoes. I wish so much I lived there. I saved a picture of them as pure eye candy!
Wow. This place looks SERIOUSLY dangerous! All those shoes are simply stunning. I love the sharp toes and bright colors of pumps from the 1980's.
Let me know when you plan to go---I can try to stow away in someone's luggage on a flight to london, and then we can go shopping together!
OH MY WORD-this is spectacular!! I could pour over that wall of shoes for hours upon hours. I guess it's a good thing I live far from London, I'd have no money left in my college savings bank account ;)
