Love of Brutalism

What are the words that comes into your mind for this lovely apartment?
organic? modern? raw? little industrial maybe?
those would be my first choices ... but I have learn a new word today
Brutalism - Architectural style of the 1950s and 1960s characterised by 
simple, block-like forms and raw concrete construction.
Originates from the French word for "raw"

I am in love with the styling of the Blooc house

everything from the minimalist furnishing, the white walls, the contemporary decorative objects

and my favourite - the giant out of proportion paper lantern lamp

simple yet very interesting

for me this is modern Scandinavian at its best

This home is the perfect example that not every modern home is all white with no furniture

while the lines and shapes are modern and clean cut

the wood panels adds warmth and style

the white marble floor is responsible for the sophisticated feel 

I also love the occasional colour splashes

& the little lamps adds to the design elements

the result is modern yet unique
